hey there, we're on the island gotland, in sweden, working on some rabbits stuff. after a little (too much!) time in between, we're finally making some progress towards finishing this record.. yay! a few things have changed since we started (wow, has it really been four years?), so be prepared for some wicked music coming your way soon! we're super stoked about the tracks and looking forward to that beer when it's all sealed and delivered... we just figured that we've worked in canada, usa, germany and sweden together~ maybe australia will be the final destination?! see ya soon... oh, and here's a pic of jon in the early hours too...

just spent the last few days working on some old and new tracks with rae, and we're going to meet up in Sweden where Rae is doing a residency in a few weeks to try and finish off the record. more soon!

>august 8th.
tonight we're doing a live set from our new record at the tap room/kitting factory. we'll be opening up for eric gaffney of sebadoh. it will be laid back set, sadly without my partner in crime, Rae Howell, who's miles away in Australia. but instead we'll have some super fun rabbit visuals, and maybe instructions on how to genetically modify a rabbit to make it glow-in-the-dark.

july has been a busy month. we're 99% finished with our record and have released a shortened promo version of it for you to download. we'd love any feedback.

so rae's currently here in brooklyn, ny, after playing a sunwrae show at sxsw in austin, tx. we're finishing up the record and will begin mixing it soon. australian/UK photographer, jason anderson, came by last week and took a bunch of photos of us recording on the rooftop. see you soon. -rae & jc
